RowOn Beach Sprint Cup Series
Before you come
If you have rowed before
Enter the regatta on Regatta CentralFor anyone with rowing experience. You do not need beach sprint experience: Friday afternoon is open practice and coaching. Every race entry goes through Regatta Central, not through this app.
If you have never rowed
Register for Come and TryA first go in a rowing boat, for people who have never been in one. It is free, and registering is all you need to do. It is not an entry to the racing.

My volunteer page
Not something you sign in to, and not a page to browse to from here. Once you sign up, your private link arrives on your confirmation screen - save, bookmark or email it to yourself there, and it stays yours for the whole event.
Event crew
For organisers and crew leads running the day.
Committee guide: how to run a Cup on this app
Start here if you are on the organising committee and this is new
to you. What the app does and does not do, the first ten minutes in order, how access
works, and what has to be decided this week.
Timing control
Run timing and publish live results to the beach.
Commentator lookup
For the Voice of the Beach: what is on the water, up next and just
finished, with each athlete's history and head-to-head. Once open, history keeps working
with no signal.
Volunteer management (organisers and team leads)
Set what the event needs, recruit and assign people onto shifts, and run the
task list. Team leads use their own code here to see their crew.
Print the sign-up poster
Generate the QR poster and tent card that send volunteers to the sign-up form.
Event setup (organiser only)
Create a new Cup from a previous one, set pairing codes, and fill in missing
shifts or arrival times. Writes to the live event, so open it deliberately.
Series administration
Every Cup on one screen: staffing, tasks, published races and any
racing hold, with one series code that opens every event's organiser view.
