2Three pages worth a look

It names the Regatta Chair, the Technical Delegate and the Chief Umpire. If it does not match how you would run the day, that is the most useful thing you can tell us.

Everyone who signs up gets their own private page; once you draft them onto a team it shows their role, their lead, their shift and their arrival time.
Counts are shift places, not people. "Umpire Boat Driver x2" is one job across a morning and an afternoon. Cup #4 is set at 51 places across 20 roles.
3Your organiser code, and the links to share
Ask Iain for the code. No accounts and no passwords: type it once and that device stays paired.

4Tell us what is wrong
There is a feedback box at the bottom of every page. It arrives with the page you were looking at.
- A role that is wrong for Lakeside, missing, or named in a way your crew would not recognise.
- A shift or arrival time that does not match how you would run the day.
- Anything you need to track that has nowhere to live in here.
Every page says DRAFT until Row Ontario signs the tool off. Kingston ran on it in this state, and Ottawa runs on it this Saturday.
