Thanks for putting your hand up. Tell us when you can help and a little about you. The organising committee will match you to a role that fits. No rowing experience is needed for most roles.

Tick every time that could work. We will only ask for what you offer. Exact shift hours differ by Cup and by team, so we confirm your window when we place you.

Anyone driving a motorboat at the event needs a Pleasure Craft Operator Card. That is Rowing Canada's requirement, not ours, and we do not ask to see it or keep a copy. Tap "I hold a PCOC" so we know which boat roles suit you.

Volunteers need to be registered with Rowing Canada. It is free for non-rowers and takes a few minutes. Register or sign in to the Rowing Canada registration system. You can still sign up here first.
