It is deliberately not on the marshal's board, whose read
gate admits every paired team lead: a marshal needs cleared or not cleared, and that is what the
board shows. It is deliberately not on the bios page either, although the gate is the same. A
bio is words an athlete volunteered for public commentary. This is a safety record collected as
a condition of launching, and the two have different consent bases.
A large part of this field is U19, and Row Ontario's Privacy Policy s.4.6 treats a minor's
consent as the parent's to give. The record's purpose ends with the season and a series
administrator can delete it; whether and when to do that is the series administrator's call,
and it should be a decision rather than a drift.
