This Cup already has its entry list from the draw. Load a file here only to add late entries or corrections.

Choose the entry list built from the draw, as .csv or .xlsx. It finds the name, club and event columns itself, merges an athlete entered in two events into one row, and running it again updates the list rather than duplicating it. A raw Regatta Central export that lists event numbers instead of event names is refused.

Only the name, club and event are stored. The Regatta Central export also contains birthdates, gender and athlete ids; none of that is read, and none of it is written anywhere.
